Product Description

Laminated aluminum foil with PET, PE, LDPE, HDPE, Laminated aluminium plastic strip/foil consists of aluminium strip and polypropylene(copolymer), one side coated or both sides coated with polypropylene(glue),  perforated aluminum strip is also available. Such aluminum polyester tape is usded for PPR pipe, multilayer pipe and cable.

4. Copolymer coated aluminum tape for communication cable and optical fiber cable

Description
Copolymer coated aluminum tape applies for shielding and moisture barrier for copper pair cables. It consists of an aluminum tape coated on one side or both sides with an adherent ethylene copolymer with clear or blue color. The copolymer provides excellent adhesion to the aluminium substrate and has the chemical resistance and general characteristics of low-density polyethylene and gives excellent bond strength to all types of polyethylene. Aluminum alloys available 1050, 1060, 1200, 1145, 8011 according to customized requirements.

ALu PET tape

Aluminum polyester tape provides conductivity and electromagnetic insulation. PET film provides electrical insulation and high mechanical strength. About 100 ºC,EAA hotmelt resin has good result to PE materials after heating.
 

Advantage

Hot melt resin has a considerable advantage to reduce the 70% of the thickness compared to the EAA heat sealable film.

Application
