For medical and pharmaceutical containment, as well as other safe seal applications, haomei aluminium . provides heat seal blister foil. This high quality aluminum foil ensures that blister packaged pharmaceutical products such as pills, capsules and tablets are safely secured. Aluminum foil (0.001in or 0.025mm thick) is heat seal coated on the bright side and print-treat coated on the matte side. Like the food service foil we supply, all coatings are food safe and meet USDA & FDA requirements for direct contact with food or pharmaceuticals.
For specialized machine sealing, heat seal blister foil is available in custom width rolls spooled on 3" I.D. cores. For hand sealing processes, custom sized precut sheets are available, interleaved with tissue in packages of 500 sheets

Aluminium Pharmaceutical Foil

Our aluminum pharmaceutical foils are soft in reel form, one side laminated with film, and other side printing primer coated. These foils can be printed to customers' requirement or un-printed. It is used for strip packing of tablets and capsules.

Packing Method:
8011 Pharmaceutical Foil /aluminium foil roll
Each roll shall be suspended at both sides of the wooden box. Rolls shall be wrapped with EPE as first layer coupled with silicon gel desiccant in both sides of roll to protect from corrosion, PE film as 2nd layer and then another layer of PE film for enhancing protection.
