3003 series aluminum alloy plate series is a common product. Because of the manganese alloy elements, the product has excellent rust resistance characteristics, also known as anti rust aluminum plate
3003 aluminum alloy plate is an aluminium-manganese alloy which approximately 20% stronger than alloy 1100. This alloy is readily formed by either conventional cold working or hot working. haomei offers 3003 aluminum sheet, plate and tread plate covered by the ISO standard 6361 and the ASTM standards B209, B210, B211, B221, B483, B491, and B547. The 3003-H14 is a softer, more formable aluminum sheet and 3003 tread plate offers increased rigidity in the material as well as hiding fingerprints and dents. Commonly used tempers include H14, H16 and H18 while others are also available by customers' demands

The intensity ratio of 1100 is 10%, forming, welding and corrosion resistance are good. For processing need to have good formability, high corrosion resistance good welding parts, or require both the performance and the need to have higher strength than the 1xxx alloys, such as kitchen utensils, food and chemical products processing and storage device, the liquid products, transport tanks, tank, sheet metal processing all kinds of pressure vessels and piping artifacts are common, heat sink, board makeup, photocopying machine drum, ship timber.
